No.6 : "Papillons" by Schumann which was inspired by Jean Paul's novel (The Awkward Age) of 1805.

The Steve McQueen connection comes from a movie called "Papillons" in which he appeared.

A bold call Michael and well thought out - however I think I'll have to insist on 24 hours for your next answer! No.4 though is up for immediate grabs as it has been attempted.

Again very well done Michael - I was concerned this one was too vague and was prepared to add Spanish as a further clue.

Afraid not - I wouldn't rely on Google. I'll give you a further clue in that I thought this was one you would definitely get, if that helps!
