    Fascinating. I like Beethoven's meticulous coffee routine. He also had good sleep habits if he got 8 hours sleep.

      It's amazing if he got any with frequent bad health and symphonies, sonatas and quartets buzzing around in his head simultaneously! Then there was all the worry over his nephew in later years.

        Well I think that was his ideal routine and it didn't always go that way!
