In Washington DC, the classical music station WGMS switches to a Christmas music format every December (actually starting in November). This year, they may not come back. The owner of the Washington Redskins football team is trying to buy the station and change it to a sports network, as if we didn't already have enough of those. I wonder if any other station in the DC area will fill the classical music vacuum?

avoid bbc3. but try the abc - australian broadcasting etc.. then there is that reealaudio station from switzerland and... just do a google on web radios classical. you'll have unshackled yourself from the off-air local fcc controlled broadcasters.
