I did get a fantastic Beethoven bust though. Was great until the parents dropped 'pearl' emulsion on it and decided to paint the whole thing!! Could not believe it. Also was bought a Beethoven umbrella by the grandparents whilst we were there. The effect the liquid chocolate stuff had on me was not very Mozartian me thinks. Quite powerful stuff!

      To CLaire :
Everybody was against my idea of doing music: My parents were totally for a job as a business woman, the teachers told me I would starve doing that... Well I am earning my life honnestly, I live with Beethoven, Chopin, Verdi, Puccini e tutti quanti, and be very happy....
Yesterday I had for present... a box of chocolates called "BEETHOVEN"... Marc de champagne-kir royal pralinés. They are sold here in Saarbrücken in the big stores !!! They are with the STIELER's portrait on each chocolate... I just cannot open one of them !
I just hope that all my friends and my students, knowing my passion for B. will not bring me those chocolates. Otherwise I will have to change appartment for I will collect them !

          To PDG Peter...
Well... I have tested one chocolate !!!!! Very good indeed... Nothing to do with the Mozart-Kugeln !
Yes Claudie is right. I tried to change my profile but it did not work (I must be stupid somewhere...) I think I have to register again from the start ???

            Claudie,

I believe that a change of name in your profile means having a new profile. If you wish to post as Claudie, then simply re-register!

Pssssssssssst Peter, The secret story behind why women love chocolate is that it produces the same chemical in the brain as one experiences while in love. I am not making this up!~

I can confirm the correctness of this remark, but this sensation is not restricted to just women. However I'd prefer to be in the sack with my 'close friend' Cindy Crawford, than with a box of cheap English chocolates.

Quite right. Cindy melts your heart, whereas cheap chocolates simply melt.

Well... I have just finished all the chocolates... and I feel very good !!! The B.'s chocolates are sold in all Germany (KARSTADT Shops) and (I have heard that today) also in B.'s Haus in Bonn. They also sell a B. perfume, and a B. wine told to be made in Ehrenbreitstadt (his mother came from this towm)... Everything just to make money !!! Anyway those chocolates are nice.... (beeing from flemish origins -like B. !!!) I am a specialist in chocolates. So all the visitors of B's Haus will go around with a B. bag, a B. T-Shirt, the B. perfume, a bottle of B. wine to drink in a B. cup... and with B. chocolates....
