    Ode to Joy Version?

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me correctly identify which version of Ode to Joy this is at

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlSR8Wlmpac

I used to own this CD but unfortunately all I have left of it on my computer is one part (with the date 1995 and lasting 12:57). I have been trying to figure out which is the correct version so I can buy a copy. The above YouTube recording is the correct one, but I can't confirm that this is a Solti version, as the notes claim. I have no idea if 1995 is correct to the date of recording. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!!

I'm not sure, but I don't think it is one of Solti's. As far as I know, he recorded the 9th twice, and this doesn't sound like either of them.

Thank you! I did manage to find this..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myR8js46kfk

It is with Solti and the London Symphony Orchestra. But now I am having trouble locating a full version of the 9th. Apparently this excerpt is on the Immortal Beloved CD.

I don't believe there is a Solti/LSO recording of the full symphony (or even of this movement), and that this excerpt is all there is.

Are you sure the CD you owned wasn't with Solti and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra instead?

It seems ballons4ever is quite right: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georg_Solti_discography

Thank you, everybody, for the input. Quijote is correct that it is the version in the Immortal Beloved film. Thank you! Now I'm wondering if there is any more to it, or if that's it. One and done!
