Rondo for a piano concerto based on a 1799 sketch

Last week a friend sent me a little Beethoven theme sketch from 1799 for probably a Rondo for a piano concerto. Based on this I wrote this "Mini"-Rondo of about 2 minutes, which someday I may work out for a whole movement: I hope you will like it:

Enjoyed that = how much of the sketch is Beethoven? Bars 9 and 11 seem a little odd, are they original?

So in b. 9 and 11 Beethoven wrote only plain eights without harmony. Actually I like my harmonies here (eventhough they may be used rather in jazz) ... I'll think about it
