Upcoming Beethoven video?

Wonder if anyone knows about a new bio pic on B. called "Life of Beethoven." I saw it advertised on Amazon.com and it's slated for U.S. release on 1/00, but I've no idea whose involved in the project, if it's a recreation or just music performances or what. I was going to order it but lack of info on the Amazon site makes me hesitate. I think we all know that too many poor documentaries are made ever year. Perhaps the English fans of B. have already tasted this video? Thanks!
